WILD Digital is a community-led initiative dedicated to empowering women and minority groups to and advance their careers in the digital and technology.

 

We collaborate with various organizations to build supportive networks and communities that foster growth at every career stage Through practical training and inclusive events, we create safe spaces for career development.

 

Join us as we share inspiring stories and practical advice from diverse role models in the industry.

Our Story

Founded over 5 years ago by Sarah Tulip and Deborah Hetherington, WILD was born out their passion to make the world of technology more equal and accessible to all.  Their first events were part of the globally recognised Leeds Digital Festival to start a bigger conversation in Leeds their home city but the organisation has grown and it's reach pans the Northern Powerhouse

Wild Digital is made up of a group of talent experts who volunteer their own time to make a real difference to the careers of women and people minority backgrounds by giving them the confidence and skills to advance their futures

All our events are put on through external sponsorship and support of the businesses and organisations across the digital communities in the North
